  1. The Secretary has the principal task of conducting public services and administrative aspects of the secretariat, assist the Head of Agency to coordinate the preparation and assessment materials technical policy, coordination, development and implementation control the affairs of the provincial government in the field of investment and integrated licensing, organizing study materials planning and control programs and services financial administration, personnel administration and general administration of the Agency.

  2. In performing basic tasks as intended, the Secretariat has a function:

  1. coordination of the implementation and assessment materials technical policy, coordination, development and implementation of the control of the provincial government affairs in the field of investment and integrated licensing;

  2. the organization of public services and administrative aspects of the secretariat;

  3. organizing study materials planning and control programs and services financial administration, personnel administration and general administration of the Agency; and

  4. implementation monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the implementation of the secretarial activities of the Agency.
