LICENSING SERVICE OUTLET

 

In an effort to provide licensing services to the community and supporting the implementation of an integrated licensing services. Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing of West Java province, open licensing services in the 4 Outlet located in Bandung, Cirebon, Bogor, Garut.

Types of licensing services performed by outlets (Outlet) Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing of West Java province, based on the potential of their respective working areas. Functions performed by licensing services Outlet Investment Board and Integrated Licensing of West Java Province as follows :

1. Granting permissions information;
2. Registration request;
3. Refund application file;
4. Award acknowledging receipt file;
5. Examination in compliance with requirements;
6. Decision permits;
7. Acceptance of the complaint;
8. Implementation of the other tasks of leadership of the Agency.

Outlet mechanism licensing services in Investment Board and Integrated Licensing of West Java province, carried out in accordance with the provisions of the West Java Governor Number 92 Year 2014 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2010 on the Implementation of the Integrated Licensing Services;
